Meet Antonio De La Hoz, whose strong “back of the house” experience makes him an exceptional quality-control Owner-Operator. Antonio has been involved with the Garcia brothers since 1999 when they opened the 2nd Pollo Tropical. Antonio’s people skills, along with his demanding nature, ensures that every plate comes out of the kitchen perfect. Antonio is excited to bring the new Casavana concept to the Miami Lakes area and to continue to provide outstanding service and quality to all customers.
