Meet Anthony “Tony” Abate, our Owner-Operator at both the Town & Country and Homestead locations. You will find Tony day and night at the restaurants ensuring that customers receive nothing but the best. Tony met the Garcia brothers at Pollo Tropical. He came on board with them at Sergio’s Restaurant in 1998 and managed the Coral Way location. Town & Country opened in 2001 and the new Flagship Homestead location in October 2007, both with Tony at the helm. Tony looks forward to bringing customers exceptional Cuban cuisine and outstanding service under the Casavana name.
