Meet Carlos Rodriguez, our youngest Owner-Operator. The Garcia brothers have known and worked with Carlos since he was a kid. He would help his father, who worked with the Garcia’s in the early 80’s. When Carlos turned 18, he joined the Garcia’s at Pollo Tropical. He proved to be a committed, valuable individual and worked his way up through the ranks. When the Garcia brothers joined Sergio’s Restaurant, Carlos was the first owner-operator who came on board and opened the first expansion of Sergio’s Restaurant. With dedication and hard work, he increased sales and profits throughout the years. Carlos continues to be a valuable asset and looks forward to providing customers with the same exceptional service and dedication in the new Casavana concept.
